How quickly will I get a price?
Usually within minutes of sending the form, at any hour — dispatch is staffed 24/7. If you need the figure faster than that, call and you will have it on the first conversation.
Is the quote fixed, or does it change afterwards?
The figure quoted before collection is the figure invoiced. Nothing is added after delivery, and if the job changes on the day dispatch agrees the new price with you before the vehicle moves.
What if I don't know which vehicle I need?
Leave the vehicle to us. Tell us the weight, the largest dimension and whether it is on a pallet, and dispatch picks from the fleet and tells you which one is coming.
Do you quote for regular contract work?
Yes. Give dispatch the volume and the routes in the description box and it is priced as a standing arrangement rather than job by job — more on how we run accounts.
Do I have to pay anything to get a quote?
No. Quotes are free and carry no obligation, and you are under nothing until you tell dispatch to book the vehicle.
