Where can you collect from?
Hotels, airports, stations, taxi offices, restaurants, venues, offices and private homes. If a lost property desk is holding it, tell dispatch which one — they usually need your written authorisation before they release anything.
What if nobody is at the address?
The driver can't enter an empty building. Arrange for someone to be there, or for a concierge or neighbour to hold it, and give dispatch their name and number.
Can you deliver to me somewhere other than home?
Yes, and most of these runs do. A hotel, an office, a service station, a wedding venue. The destination can change mid-run if your plans do.
How quickly can it reach me?
Collection is usually within the hour of the job being confirmed, then it's the distance between the two addresses. Dispatch gives you an arrival window before you commit.
Can you collect something I've bought rather than lost?
