Sports equipment courier for fixture-day deadlines
A fixture does not move. Kit, medical supplies and match-day items have to be at the venue before the squad is. If something is missing, there is no version of the day where it gets sorted tomorrow.
What happens when the deadline is a kick-off?
Everything shifts from convenient to necessary. A delivery that is two hours late to an office is an inconvenience. Two hours late to a stadium and the match has started without it.
So these jobs are planned backwards from the kick-off, with a margin the controller tells you about rather than hides. If the road will not allow it, you hear that when you book, not at four o'clock.
What gets moved for clubs and events?
Playing and training kit between the training ground, the stadium and an away venue. Medical and physio supplies. Match balls, officials' equipment and broadcast kit. Merchandise for a matchday shop.
Most clubs run the same three or four legs every week, which is worth pricing as a standing arrangement rather than booking each Friday. Event-day collections afterwards are booked with the delivery so a van is already there.
What we handle
What do you move for clubs?
Playing and training kit
Training ground to stadium, or to an away venue at short notice.
Medical, physio and welfare supplies
Delivered to a named person at the ground rather than a general reception.
Match balls, officials' and broadcast kit
Timed to arrive before the squad, with a margin the controller states up front.
Post-event collections
Booked with the delivery, so a van is on site when the ground empties.
How booking works
How does booking a Bulb Transport courier work?
- 01
Tell dispatch what you are moving
Use the quote form or call dispatch with the collection and delivery postcodes, what is travelling and when it needs to arrive.
- 02
Get one fixed price and a dedicated vehicle
Dispatch confirms a fixed price and sends one vehicle and one driver for your job alone, with no hubs and no handovers.
- 03
Track it and receive proof of delivery
Follow the vehicle live while it is moving. The signed proof of delivery is emailed to you as soon as the job is complete.

FAQs
Questions we get asked
Can you deliver to a stadium on a match day?
Yes, though the ground sets the window. Give dispatch the kick-off, the gate and a name for whoever receives it, and the arrival is planned well inside the point where access closes.
Do you work weekends and evenings?
Yes. Most fixtures are at weekends or midweek evenings, so that is when most of this work happens — see weekend courier.
Can you collect equipment after an event?
Yes, and booking it with the delivery is cheaper. A van already on site when the ground empties beats one summoned an hour after everyone has left.
Can you run a regular training ground to stadium route?
Yes. Give dispatch the legs, the days and the times and it is priced as a standing arrangement, usually with the same driver so the stewards know the van.
Can you reach an away venue at short notice?
Yes. The desk is staffed day and night, and a Friday evening call about a Saturday fixture two hundred miles away is ordinary work rather than a special case.
